How It's Made

From our farms to your kitchen, here's how we do it.

How We Make It

From Farm to Your Kitchen

Every drop of Oorkinaru oil — coconut, groundnut and sesame — goes through this careful 4-step journey

🌾
Farm sourcing
Step 01

Direct Farm Sourcing

We source the finest raw materials directly from trusted local farmers — dry copra for coconut oil, groundnuts for groundnut oil, and sesame seeds for sesame oil. Every batch is hand-selected for quality.

Step 02

Natural Sun Drying

All raw materials are carefully sun-dried the traditional way — no artificial heat or mechanical drying. This preserves the natural aroma, colour and full nutritional value of each seed and nut.

Step 03

Traditional Wood-Press (Chekku)

Each oil is cold-pressed using traditional wooden chekku mills — the same slow, gentle method used for generations. No heat, no chemicals, no industrial refining. Just pure, natural oil.

Filtered, Bottled & Delivered

Each oil is carefully filtered without additives, bottled fresh, and delivered straight to your kitchen — whether it's coconut, groundnut, or sesame oil, every drop is honest and pure.
